The monetization system isn't ideal but doesn't impact any significant way in the higher level. Whales will continue to buy goldsellers regardless of whether or it's actually open. It's generally cheaper to buy from them, particularly because it's so simple. Kinah is a great helper with manastones and enchants for gear in the endgame and you don't have to make it happen in a hurry. The game is worthwhile for those who enjoy grinding and like mmorpgs that are tab-based and would like to play playing a game focused around the pvp.

Right now is a good moment to begin because the current patch lacks any content. However, with the next patch we will get a pvp instance, an endgame armor mission set, and an additional endgame game as well.

If I'm earning 20,000 EXP per mob and I'm killing 20 mobs for an achievement that grants me 1.6 million for turning it into just 400K, only half of the 2M EXP I gain from the quest actually comes the result of killing mobs. I'm losing just half of it due to the lack of Siel's Aura. 200K/2M (10 10 percent) isn't very noticeable. If I complete 100 quests, I'm losing only 20M of experience that's not even 1/10th of what is needed for a transition from 49 to 50.

It's still very simple to play through the late 30s and the beginning of the 40s. There's hardly any difference between blue gear and white gear until that buy aion classic kinah eu point.
