It feels like ACNH was a hurried job made by Animal Crossing New Horizons Items a recently formed indie game company consisting of like 10 people and not at all like one of the greatest game businesses that had 9 years to create it, like that I literally can not imagine how they were able to put that little effort to it despite ACNH being a major bestsellers since it released they nevertheless want people to cough up more cash for a couple of villagers and furniture if a second complaint is the huge lack of furniture (I haven't gotten anything new besides seasonal/event items in weeks...)

I am gonna be devil's advocate and say acnh has the island development feature that probably took a great deal of developer time to make, refine, and debug. Balancing the series need to have a lot of collectibles, bunch of furniture, bunch of clothes, and now being able to put things out with rain/wind effects is not a simple feat. I've got my 1000 hours of play in the game, wish things might be better/different, and expect other developers are motivated by the acnh mechanisms to make it their own in a fresh game. Like stardew valley failed using its inspiration from crop moon/story of seasons. So many good mechanics and thoughts should be implemented by skillful developers and thought folks like yourself.

Additionally, the one-year-anniversary upgrade introduced new (from a former match ) villagers, which require you to purchase a card bunch to get anything whatsoever from it. Its DLC, except you get physical cards for it which you cant use for whatever besides scanning in Animal Crossing.

People love using the phrase"bare" to describe a game they don't like today. Countless individuals played many hours of ACNH upon launch and enjoyed it. ACNH isn't"unfinished" in the way that Cyberpunk was in which it had been borderline unplayable for people with consoles and even mid-tier PCs.

I also just purchased it and enjoy other ninja (insert genre)ish games, there is so much that is beneath the surface which it's enjoyable learning it as you go. I'm not gonna try Any Sort of min/max runs till I have exhausted as much as possible

Even though I really don't like it from a"gamer" standpoint, I think free upgrades were the way to go. Some of the more casual players I know all have really excited for the updates and many have not played with the previous ones. So to them it is like continuous trickle of fresh stuff.

Not wanting to defend them because they could've done the same using actual new stuff and not cut stuff, but it is keeping new players interested at Animal Crossing Items For Sale least that is fantastic for the series finished all. Definitely expecting them to get more regular installments going forward.
