As announced earlier this week, the GeForce 452.06 driver provides added support for the WoW Shadowlands beta. You can head into the Blizzard website to wow classic gold opt-in to get an opportunity at beta access, as always.

The people at Wowhead have caught a load of comparison shots to show what people ray-traced shadows look like. It is a pity WoW ray tracing will not move beyond shadows for today, since the stylised design and simple character models would look incredible under the spotlight of extremely realistic lighting.

Blizzard first detailed Shadowlands at Blizzcon 2019. The expansion includes five new zones for players to explore, a revamped leveling system which compresses the old you to 60 levels and new customization options, including the choice to modify the sex of your character without paying a fee.

Alongside a launch date, Blizzard shared Afterlives: Bastion, the first of four animated shorts developed to expand the narrative of Shadowlands. The brief centers onto a familiar face in the buy classic gold wow: Uther. If you played Warcraft 3: Reign of Chaos, you'll know the former Paladin as mentor of Arthas Menethil, the personality who'd become one of Warcraft's most notorious villains.
