Lumby Catacombs are fantastic for coaching, just don't complete the Blood Pact quest, since you get two Def. In doing this exploration, you get Kayle's Sling, which will be a godsend for inexpensive individuals because it actually provides you complimentary Range Xp. Stay in the Catacombs till 30 Atk/Str and Range. Should be fairly obvious what to train on. . .as this place since lvls from 1 - 20 using GOOD DROPS YOU CAN PROFIT FROM.

Head to Monks by Edgeville till 45 Atk and Str. (Equip Green D Hide today ). Al Karid Warriors for 45 - 50 Atk, then stop training it. Train Str here until 70 or 80. In addition, I recomend you visit Hill Giants/Flesh Crawlers till 99 Str. In the end you should be something like: 50 Atk, 99 Str, 1 Def (Or two Def if you didn't listen and COMPLETED Blood Pact or OSRS Money destroyed your pure), 40 Range, 31 Prayer, 37 Magic.
