You should use dragon longsword at the minimum. Preferably dragon scimitar, or TokTz-Xil-Ak (obsidian splitsword) with a zerker necklace if you're able to get it. Abyssal whip once you get 70 assault. And if you are not picking up all your gems, you most likely don't need ring of wealth (since its principal role is to RS gold give you more gems).

Or if you like making tabs, change to home tabs (21k xp/hr, 318k gp/hr) but the orbs are still far better since they give nearly double the xp. Water orbs would be acceptable as well if your magic is too low, although it's a longer run for to them.

It might be beneficial to purchase the Guthans set, for its curative effect. A Slayer HelmBlack or Dark Mask would also be great if you're training Slayer. Dragon full helm is bad, dragon square is poor, dragon plate and string are bad, rune defender is far superior compared to obby protect, proselyte is overlooking, sw cape and ardougne cloak are missing, ring of wealth is poor, bandos boots are poor. The rest is okay.

So my friend claimed that I'm unable to kill 50 Mithril Dragons at one trip and I really wish to show him wrong. I've done a few practice runs with welfare equipment and supplies but only managed 20 kills. I didn't take a BoB with meals and pots, only a Fire Titan, so obviously I could dramatically increase my killcount by doing that. However, I imagine myself to be short a few kills and want help optimizing my equipment and supplies to get as many kills as you can. I need help thinking of any way possible to enhance this installment so as to manage 50 kills. Any tips whatsoever would be fine.

Yeah Just like they Said, utilize a scimmy, While doing Less damage, But it strikes Much more Faster. Doing Ogres lvl 99, isn't very good for cheap OSRS gold training. Maybe Doing Slayer Would Help. However an Easy Way Of train Melee Could be Moss Giants.
