Strengthening armours that can be smithed. To reinforce a smithable armour, you would have to have a fraction of level of smithing required to smith this item, and then add it to the level. (Ex level 48 smithing steel Platebodies Plus 1/3 the amount = Level 64 level of smithing)

You then return to the anvil , and you will be able to strengthen the desired item Old School RS Gold.
