Those demands include an end to mandatory arbitration clauses, diverse recruitment practices, compensation data made public, and support for the Diversity, Equity Inclusion task force.

However, these have not been acknowledged by the “chief suite” of senior leadership.ABetterABK are joined by ABetterUbisoft in demanding reform in their respective companies following a similar sexual harassment scandal.

Together, they are campaigning for meaningful change across the industry, beyond the small changes implemented in games so far.
