Blizzard's first MMORPG expansion is back, for this nostalgic version of the game.
World of Warcraft Classic just received its first expansion, Burning Crusade Classic. Just as back in 2007 it brought a lot of new content to the MMORPG, history repeats itself as Blizzard moves forward with its nostalgic project with this release.
We had already warned that two weeks ago, players entering WoW Classic Gold could make the decision to stay in the base game, or advance to Burning Crusade with their character to experience this classic DLC again.
How to have the same character in WoW Classic Vanilla and Burning Crusade Classic
Those who want to have the same character in both kingdoms, can "clone" it through a payment and a complicated process. The only free alternative is to keep the character alone in WoW Classic Vanilla or Burning Crusade Classic.
What new content Burning Crusade Classic brings
Players will make the journey to the Hellfire Peninsula, in the Devastated Lands and beyond the Dark Portal. In this new locations you will encounter the new missions, modes, races, and so on that the expansion brings.
Additional content to be purchased
With the pass to the Dark Portal, a character of your choice can be upgraded to level 58 (once per account, not possible for blood elves and draenei). The pass is available for 39.99 euros. Those who want to access even more content can purchase the Burning Crusade Classic Deluxe Edition for 64.99 euros. This already includes the pass to the Dark Portal, a special mount, the Hearthstone Effect "Dark Portal" and the toy "Illidan's Path" for Burning Crusade Classic as well as another mount for the modern World of Warcraft and 30 days of game time, both for WoW Classic (buy now € 25.99) as well as Burning Crusade Classic and the modern WoW should apply.
Characters can be copied with a character clone service for 15 euros per character on the era realms of WoW Classic in order to stay on them and at the same time move on to the realms of Burning Crusade Classic. This service came under heavy criticism when it was originally supposed to cost 35 euros per character.
