Growing up in the eastern Himalayas, Beth fell in love with countless alpine plants and gorgeous flowers at a young age. Her passion for the outdoors led her into the path of creating handmade jewelry that honors nature. In 1998, her brand “beads u workshop” was launched. The workshop’s original name, pronounced like the French word for jewel, “bijoux,” is derived from Beth’s given name “Bi”, meaning the “color of jade.”
